The Mentor Plus Consulting Accountants' RoundTable (CART) program was established in 1997 for the purpose of providing ongoing, advanced training and support for practitioners who are serious about developing and delivering performance measurement and management
services to their clients.
Each CART session includes three primary components:
- Advanced training and new tool releases
- Networking with like-minded practitioners
- Sharing of Best Practices
In addition to the personal benefits derived from CART, members gain and share tremendous insights as the Mentor Plus CART program serves as both a "think tank" and "advisory board" to the profession.
Graduates of the Performance Measurement Plus Workshop are eligible to participate in CART on an invitation only basis. The group meets three times a year for two days each session in locations throughout North America. Group size is limited to approx. 40 members.
After one year CART members are encouraged to further their education by participating in the CSPM program Once that is complete, members must pass an exam and submit a case study to become Certified in Strategic Performance Management (CSPM).
CART Tuition:
- Individual invesment is $500 per month (annual committment required)
- Second person same firm investment is $250 per month
CART members have open access to the Mentor Plus "PLUS Base"; an on-line knowledge library that includes huncreds of tools, collateral materials, presentations, scripts, etc. representative of the best practices of Mentor Plus, their clients and other members of CART.
CART members also receive updates on Mentor Plus tools at no extra charge as well as significant discounts on any new tools or programs offered by Mentor Plus.
Additionally, CART members have the opportunity to participate in an ongoing personalized coaching program to ensure their success in the program.
